BON STUDIO SA reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the present terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store. BON STUDIO SA undertakes to inform users of any modifications as well as any changes, through the website of this e-shop. It is clarified that the change of terms does not include them orders you already have.

Defective products

In the case of a defective product, the buyer has all the rights provided by the Civil Code and provided that the buyer will provide proof of purchase and the product in good condition - without hits or other marks, full and without damaged packaging and any accessories included in the packaging. BON STUDIO SA is entitled, if it is reasonable, to choose between repair or replacement of the product,

Return Policy

The company’s products are described according to the manufacturer’s specifications and their characteristics and qualities are described in detail.

In the case of any manufacturing faults, you can return the product for inspection to our company by completing and sending the relevant document (please click here) to the e-mail address bon@bonstudio.gr or to the fax 210-3845755 strictly within 14 calendar days from the acquisition date. The same applies in case you want to replace the product due to a mistake of your choice. The same applies in case you wish to replace the product due to an incorrect choice on your behalf.

Withdrawal Consequences

For the above cases, you can return the product to our company by covering the transportation expenses on your own responsibility.

The refund of the amount of your returned goods will follow after the receipt of the products to our premises and only if the product packaging hasn’t been opened and of course if the product itself hasn’t been used. (The cases of any manufacturing faulty products which are verified after their return and checking to our company are excluded from the above.)

The refund of the amount of your returned goods will be executed through the same payment way that you used during your initial order. If the return of the goods is being made on your liability, any additional bank charges will be covered by your side.

We have the right to delay the refund of the amount until we receive the goods back to our premises and their integrity is proven.

You are responsible for any reduction of the value of the goods that has resulted from any unnecessary operation to determine the nature, characteristics and way of operation.

Regarding all cases of product returns, the products to be returned or substituted should be accompanied by the original documents that came along with during the delivery, should be in excellent condition without any bumps or marks, should be in its complete packaging without any damages and with any possible accessories included.

The return or withdrawal of products is not possible in the following cases:

• Goods that are manufactured according to the specifications of the customer or customized goods
• Sealed packaged goods not suitable for return for reasons of public health protection or for hygienic reasons which have been unsealed after the time of delivery (f.e. headphones, wind instruments, etc.)
• Goods, which, after their delivery and due to their nature, are integral and mixed with other elements
• Sealed software for computers which have been unsealed

In addition to the above right of withdrawal,   in any case, have all the rights granted to you by the Civil Code (Articles 534 et seq.) if actual defects or lack of agreed EU idiotiton.meta delivery

 

Order cancellation

An order can be canceled at any stage before the order process is completed.
